Prince of Peace Lutheran Church for the Deaf of Minneapolis, Minnesota has committed itself to host ILDA's 17th Biennial Convention to be held in 2003. Mark Johnson, 2003 ILDA Chairperson and members of Prince of Peace Church has done a great job in preparing and hosting this convention. The program book is in honor of Neil Shockman, who had done most of the work on the program book before he asked another member to take over the production. He died the next day. He knew that he was close to dying and soon he would see his Lord and Savior. We thank Annett Krause for completing the program book.
